How We Organize & Our Brands

ELV Coordinator

Job Location: Client site (Anjar)

Profile: ELV Coordinator

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate ELV systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, PA, etc.)

  • Supervise installation, testing & commissioning activities

  • Review drawings and ensure compliance with project standards

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants & site teams

  • Ensure timely completion and quality of ELV works

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years’ experience with ELV knowledge

  • Strong coordination & communication skills

  • Preferable Immediate Joiner

📌 Position: Account Assistant

📍 Location: Paldi, Ahmedabad

🕑 Experience: 1–3 Years

📋 Skills:

  • Knowledge of Accounting (Retail accounting experience will be an added advantage)

  • Immediate joiners preferred

  • Familiarity with Tally and Inventory Accounts

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring accurate payments, sums, and records

  • Maintaining and organising sales and purchase ledgers, spreadsheets, and notebooks

  • Recording and filing cash transactions

  • Invoice processing and filing

  • Processing expense requests for the accountant’s approval

  • Performing bank reconciliations

  • Liaising with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers

  • Preparing statutory accounts and daily communications

  • Updating and maintaining procedural documentation

Structured cabling & rack management

🔹 Hiring – Network Cable Technician (ELV)

🛠 Experience: 1-2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

– Install, terminate & test network cables (Cat5e, Cat6, Fiber).
– Troubleshoot and repair cabling issues.
– Ensure proper labeling and documentation of cable routes.
– Support network equipment installation (routers, switches, patch panels).
– Maintain safety standards during installation.
