Company History
History Begins In 1992
Our Journey: From Dot Matrix to Comprehensive IT Solutions
Founded in 1992, Printer Plus Services was established by Apurva Dave to provide sales and support for dot matrix printers as part of the Wipro-Epson support network. With a strong foundation in printer technology, we quickly became a trusted name in printer sales, servicing, and maintenance. As technology evolved, we expanded our portfolio by adding HP Laser and Inkjet Printers, offering customers a broader range of printing solutions. With growing trust from our clients, we further expanded into Computing and Server AMC/FMS (Annual Maintenance Contracts & Facility Management Services), ensuring businesses had comprehensive IT infrastructure support.
Expansion into Software Solutions & Rebranding as Innova Systems
In 2000, we took a significant step forward by launching our software vertical, starting with SMS-based software solutions to meet the growing demand for communication and automation tools. With this expansion, we rebranded from Printer Plus Services Pvt Ltd to Innova Systems (India) Pvt Ltd, reflecting our commitment to innovation and a diversified technology portfolio.
The Flood-IT Project and the Launch of New Business Verticals
In 2009, we successfully executed the Flood-IT project (Website/PDF solutions), marking a milestone in our journey. The success of this project led us to establish two new verticals: Retail Outlets for HP – Expanding our presence in consumer electronics and IT retail. Web & Software Solutions – Offering businesses custom web development, enterprise software solutions, and digital transformation services.
Advancing into ELV, Automation & HRMS Solutions
In 2014, we strategically expanded into Enterprise Extra Low Voltage (ELV) & Automation Solutions by acquiring Navkar Informatic, a South Gujarat-based company specializing in smart automation and security solutions. This acquisition allowed us to provide comprehensive ELV services for enterprises, including: • Security & Surveillance Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection) • Smart Home & Office Automation (Lighting, Climate Control, AV Integration) • Networking & IoT-based Smart Solutions • Fire Alarm & Public Address Systems • Structured Cabling & Data Networking Solutions That same year, we also launched InSyPay, a comprehensive HRMS (Human Resource Management System) that automates payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee self-service, further strengthening our software division.
Launch of the HP Van – Mobile Retail & Service Initiative
In 2019, we introduced the HP Van initiative, a mobile retail and service unit designed to bring HP products, technical support, and services directly to customers. This initiative enabled on-the-go sales, support, and demonstrations, improving accessibility and convenience for businesses and individuals.
